With less than two months to go until Meghan Markle's big day, royal watchers have started speculating on what tiara the bride-to-be might wear as she walks down the aisle.
And experts say it's likely that Prince Harry's fiancee will give a nod to Princess Diana with her choice of tiara in May, if she does indeed choose to wear one.
The Spencer Tiara, which was famously worn by Diana on her wedding day to Prince Charles in 1981, is likely to be a contender for Meghan's upcoming nuptials at Windsor Castle.
However, the 36-year-old former Suits actress won't be following in the footsteps of Kate by wearing the Cartier Halo Scroll Tiara on her wedding day, as the dazzling headpiece will be on display in Australia at the time.

Meanwhile, the Cambridge Lover's Knot tiara - another favourite of Diana's that has also been worn by the Duchess of Cambridge on several occasions - is another frontrunner.
Some experts have suggested that Meghan won't wear a tiara at all, or will have one specially commissioned for her - like the Duchess of York on her wedding day.
Here, FEMAIL takes a look at the tiaras that Meghan might choose on her big day...
While the Cartier Halo Scroll Tiara worn by the Duchess of Cambridge was considered to be a possible choice, the dazzling headpiece will be on display in Australia in May
Royal experts believe the Spencer Tiara, worn by Princess Diana on her wedding day, could be a contender
SPENCER TIARA
The Spencer Tiara was worn by Princess Diana at her wedding to Prince Charles in 1981, and worn by her on numerous occasions after her big day.
The tiara is a family heirloom that was also worn by all of Diana's sisters on their wedding days.
The headpiece, which was made by Garrads in the 1930s, has an elaborate design of stylised flowers decorated with diamonds in silver settings.
The tiara is now owned by Diana's brother, Earl Spencer, so Harry would have to borrow it from his uncle if his bride were to wear it on her big day.

Grant Harrold, known as the Royal Butler, believes the Spencer Tiara is a likely choice for Meghan.
He told FEMAIL: 'If she does decide to wear a tiara, I believe she may opt for the Spencer tiara which was famously worn by Lady Diana Spencer on her wedding to Prince Charles, and on many more occasions throughout her life.
'This could be a way for Prince Harry to involve his mother in his big day, as Prince William did when he gave his future wife Kate Middleton his mother's engagement ring.'
CAMBRIDGE LOVER'S KNOT
The Cambridge Lover's Knot tiara is another potential contender, as it was another one of Princess Diana's favourites
The Duchess of Cambridge has also worn the pearl-encrusted tiara on a number of occasions
The Cambridge Lover's Knot was another favourite of Diana's, and remains in the Royal Collection - which makes it another frontrunner,
The diamond and pearl-encrusted tiara was made in 1914 by Garrard, and was given to Diana by the Queen as a wedding gift in 1981.
It was designed by the Queen's grandmother Queen Mary and based on one owned by Mary's grandmother Princess Augusta, and has previously been worn by the Queen.
The tiara has also been worn by the Duchess of Cambridge on several occasions.

OTHER CONTENDERS
If Meghan wishes to pay tribute to Diana through her choice of headpiece, the lesser-known Spencer Honeysuckle tiara may also be contender.
However, as the royal bride-to-be's engagement ring already has a connection to the Princess of Wales, Meghan may want to honour the Queen with her choice of tiara.
The Strathmore Rose Tiara, which belonged the Queen Mother, might be a potential choice in this regard.

The Lotus Flower tiara, which was previously worn by Kate at a state banquet in 2015, is another potential choice
The floral headpiece would be a fitting tribute to the Queen, and has not been worn in public for many years.
The understated Lotus Flower tiara, which also belonged to the Queen Mother and was a favourite of Princess Margaret, may also be an option.
The Lotus Flower tiara was previously worn by Kate at a state banquet held for Chinese President Xi Jinping in 2015.
Meghan is unlikely, however, to go for the Fringe Tiara, which was worn by the then Princess Elizabeth on her wedding day at Westminster Abbey back in 1947, and later by Princess Anne on her wedding day.

The 1000-piece diamond tiara was initially bought in 1936 as an anniversary gift from King George VI to his wife in 1936.
It was then given to the Queen on her 18th birthday by the Queen mother.
Over the years, it has been worn by Princess Margaret, as well as Princess Anne.
While the tiara was believed to be a potential contender for Meghan to wear down the aisle, it will be show at the National Gallery of Australia in May.
